Terms & Conditions

Afternoon tea for two competition terms and conditions.

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Beverley Review website.
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
  4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  6. The prize draw is free to enter.
  7. To enter please answer the question on the Facebook post and then like and share our page.
  8. For an additional entry visit our website and sign up to our updates list.
  9. The competition will close at 11:00 am on the 25th March 2022. No entries will be accepted after this time. The winner will be selected at random at 12:00 midday on Friday 25th March 2022.
  10. The winner will be notified via Facebook but will be required to provide contact details to receive the prize. The Beverley Review will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  11. Beverley Review will attempt to contact the winner by Facebook up to two times.
  12. If the winner does not respond to us notifying them of their win within 48 hours of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Beverley Review reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
  13. The prize will be a voucher for a standard tea for two at The Beverley Arms hotel in Beverley East Yorkshire. No guarantee can be given on the availability of bookings and the booking should be made directly with The Beverley Arms. There is no alternative available to this prize, cash or otherwise and no compensation can be given for lack of availability. The prize in non-exchangeable.
  14. The Beverley Review is partnering with Beverley Arms to deliver this competition however the Beverley Arms operates under its own terms of service which the prize and the recipient will be subject to.
  15. The decision of The Beverley Review regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  16. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

  18. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and may be featured in additional publicity
  19. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Beverley Reviews Privacy Policy available on its website.
  20. Beverley Review does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize
  21. Beverley Review does not provide any form of practical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
  22. Beverley Review reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  23. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
