It’s the 25th anniversary of the first HP film and the Flemingate centre are putting on a Harry Potter week for children from 6+.

This is a specially designed route around the minster where you can fill in questions and puzzles as you go.

Dark Skies Festival – North Yorkshire Moors
Activities are taking place on evenings in various locations around the North Yorkshire Moors. This includes a guided tour of the night sky at Dalby Forrest, a coastal walk from Robin Hoods Bay, an art exhibition and much more.

Gruffalo Spotters Trail – Dalby Forest
Done using the Gruffalo spotter app, this is a great opportunity to explore the great outdoors. There is a Gruffalo activity pack available from the visitor centre. Don’t forget to download the app before you arrive as the mobile signal is very poor.
