Wine tasting event at Rise Hall

Online bookings have opened for an exciting evening of wine tasting at the elegant Rise Hall near Beverley. The event, to be held on the Saturday 5th March promises to be a little different from a traditional tasting with  6 wines to be poured blind and 3 wine bluffers will each try to convince guests they know what the wine is, guests will be challenged to tell who knows their wine and who is spinning them a line?  If you’re not the Worlds greatest wine buff, fear not, it’s all for fun and “with no judgement for getting it wrong!”

Readers may know that Rise Hall is a beautiful location, the current house dates back to 1815 with its striking Grecian style portico and supporting pillars. In 2001 the Hall was purchased by TV personality Sarah Beeny having fallen into disrepair. It was renovated and turned into a wedding venue. Now in he hands of current owners Daniel and Helen Gill, Rise Hall is possibly the finest it has ever been. Most recent reviews describe the location as ‘absolutely stunning’ and the staff and service as ‘outstanding’.

The event begins at 6pm  and includes a welcome drink, sharing supper and all wines.

It’s expected that the wine tasting will be a very popular addition to the venues various events and can be booked online here:
