Breaking News: Body Discovered in Beverley, Police Enquiries Underway

A heavy police presence remains in place on Wilbert Lane, Beverley, following the discovery of a man’s body early this morning.

Humberside Police have confirmed that officers were called to the scene at approximately 7:30am on Thursday, 20 February, where the body of a man was found. The circumstances surrounding the man’s death are currently being treated as unexplained, though authorities have stated that it is not believed to be suspicious at this time.

The man’s family have been informed and are receiving support from police officers as investigations continue.

A scene guard is in place while enquiries are conducted to establish the full details of the incident. Police are appealing to residents or anyone who may have relevant information to come forward.
