Hull’s biggest homegrown music festival, Humber Street Sesh, is back on Saturday 2nd August 2025 – and the headliners have just been announced.
Taking centre stage this year are The Howl & The Hum, a powerful alt/indie outfit from York known for their emotionally rich, anthemic sound. After making waves with their debut album Human Contact, the band returned with Same Mistake Twice, cementing their place as one of the UK’s most exciting genre-blending acts. Expect soaring vocals, cinematic energy and crowd-shaking choruses.

Also joining the 2025 line-up are:
- Divorce – Nottingham alt-country with a grunge edge
- Fiona-Lee – Yorkshire’s rising alt-pop singer-songwriter
- Casino – Southern rock & R&B crossover band with swagger
- Jodie Langford – Hull’s own electro-punk powerhouse
In total, over 100 acts will take to the stages along Hull Marina, showcasing the very best of regional talent alongside acclaimed national artists.
